RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unsatisfied with our products for any reason returns for a full refund or exchanges* are accepted on merchandise within 60 days of purchase for items that have not been worn, altered or washed.

ONLINE GIFT CERTIFICATES
DEEZ Gift Certificates are available in $5 increments and any denomination. The DEEZ Gift Certificate can be redeemed anytime for merchandise but cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. DEEZ Gift Certificates carry a balance and can be used until the entire value of the Certificate has been depleted. Certificates cannot be transferred once assigned to an individual.
You can check the balance of your DEEZ Gift Certificate anytime online.
To use your Gift Certificate you must enter the GC code number at checkout after making your purchase. Gift Card credit is automatically deducted from your purchase total.
IMPORTANT ACCOUNT INFORMATION
To protect sensitive credit card information there are two types of accounts on DEEZ.
• Your SHOPPING ACCOUNT contains standard bill to and ship to as well as secured credit card information. To create an account you must have a valid email address.
By creating an account and saving your information, you will be able to checkout faster, review past orders and track purchases. To create an account you must have a valid email address.
CHECKOUT
All the items that you have in your shopping bag appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping cart before clicking "Checkout." When you click "Submit Order" we verify your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Order Now."
CANCELING AN ORDER
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call 612-326-5305 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.

All orders are shipped via FedEx using fixed fees no matter how heavy, bulky or large your order may be.

CHECKING ORDER STATUS
If you have placed an order with DEEZ, you can check the current status of your order by clicking on the order status link provided on your order confirmation email, or at the top of your personal account page once you log in to the site.
TRACKING PACKAGES
To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include a tracking number (Federal Express) in your shipment notification email.
On the Order Status page, you can check the status of your delivery by clicking directly on the Tracking Number provided on the Shipment Summary tab next to Order Details.
If we have a question about your order, we will contact you by phone or email. Likewise, if you have any questions or changes to your order, please contact us via e-mail or by phone.

DEEZ values its customers and respects their privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, contests and promotions. We DO NOT SELL or rent your personal information to third parties.
CREDIT CARD SAFEGUARD
At DEEZ we don't just stand behind our merchandise. We also do our best to provide a safe and convenient online shopping experience.
We safeguard the integrity of our customers' credit card information. If your credit card or debit card ("credit card") is used in an unauthorized manner on our site (as determined by your credit card company), we will cover whatever amount your credit card company doesn't - up to $50.
If you're not quite comfortable shopping online, or would prefer to make your purchase via telephone, just give us a call. Our Customer Service representatives are standing by 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They'll be happy to take your DEEZ order right over the phone.
CREDIT CARD SAFETY
Protecting the safety of your credit card information is important to us.
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.
SSL is the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, which is a fancy way of saying that it's a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our web site's servers.
If someone steals your credit card information or uses your credit card in an unauthorized manner on our site (as determined by your credit card company) — through no fault of your own — we'll cover up to $50 of the charges your credit card company doesn't. What's more, we'll do what we can to make the whole process as hassle-free as can be.
CVV (CREDIT CARD SECURITY CODE)
In an effort to make your shopping experience as secure as possible, we now require that you to enter your credit card's 3 to 4 digit security code (CVV). Since the code can only be found on the card itself, providing it helps to prevent credit card fraud.
BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY LIABILITY
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank or credit card company cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of unauthorized or fraudulent charges on a credit card. Your liability for unauthorized use of a debit card may be higher, but most debit card issuers voluntarily apply the $50 limit to their cards as well. If your bank does hold you liable for any amount up to $50, gap.com will cover the liability imposed on you, up to $50. DEEZ will cover this amount only if the unauthorized use of your credit card occurred at gap.com and through no fault of your own.
Remember: If unauthorized use of your credit or debit card does occur, you must notify your card provider, in accordance with the agreement you have with the company.
